Sometimes existing features need a little love and care! For example
- old, sad, and leaky chimneys
- cracked fireplace hearths
- repointing (cutting existing failed mortar joints and filling it with new mortar in stone & brick walls/chimneys)
- eroded wall caps
- parging (layer of cement on top of exposed concrete)
- veneer repair (when someone else thought they could and more 🙂 )
